Our Profile

At Australian Direct Tutoring we firmly believe that our core business is your students’ learning. We strive to meet the needs of our learners in a variety of ways. Students cover the core work as outlined in the national curriculum but the approach of the Academic Trainer is altered to suit the specific needs of this group. Our students are completing the national curriculum and your student’s trainer has strategies in place designed to help your student improve. Our lesson focus on literacy development for students, including students from learning support and English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD). Again the Academic Trainers’ focus is on assisting their students to meet the core demands of the national curriculum with additional scaffolding and support. With the implementation of a support system where ADT directly communicates with your student's school and the curriculum manager to individualised plan for success. We hold strong leadership that continuously provides support to students to achieve and do the best of the best.

Teaching, Leadership, Rural and Remote developed the Curriculum into the Classroom (C2C) materials to support Queensland state school teachers deliver the Australian Curriculum.

C2C is a comprehensive set of whole-school and classroom planning materials for single-level and multi-level classes. The materials reflect the diverse needs of Queensland students including those in rural and remote areas, small schools, students enrolled through the schools of distance education, and students with diverse learning needs and abilities.

C2C has been designed as a starting point for school curriculum planning and can be adapted to meet individual student learning needs and to suit local school contexts.

C2C Aligned Tuition

All our primary tuition will be aligned with the C2C curriculum. Based on the student's performance we may work on external assessments which will help them to familiarise the concepts which then can be applied in the classroom.

Weekly reflection will take after the completion of each module to identify their learning gaps and level of achievement. ADT will discuss with the student's classroom teacher what task/s is recommended for completion that is of course based on their weaknesses.
