Welcome to Year 4 Maths, where your child will strengthen their knowledge of times tables and begin using more advanced number patterns to enhance their problem-solving skills.

They not only reinforce their times tables knowledge but also begin applying multiplication to more challenging problems. Their understanding of space and time improves, helping them work with 3D shapes, read basic maps and timetables, and develop a clearer sense of probability and the role of chance in statistics.
