Supporting Every Learner to Reach Their Full Potential
Learn About NDIS Tutoring
At Australian Direct Tutoring (ADT), we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive — regardless of ability or circumstance.
Our NDIS Tutoring Programs are designed to provide personalised educational support for students with diverse learning needs, helping them build confidence, independence, and academic progress at their own pace.
What Is NDIS Tutoring?
NDIS Tutoring is specialised one-on-one academic support for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our sessions are flexible, structured, and adapted to each learner’s individual goals and learning profile.

We work closely with parents, guardians, and NDIS coordinators to ensure our tutoring aligns with each participant’s NDIS goals — whether that’s improving literacy and numeracy, building communication and social skills, or enhancing school participation and confidence.
Our Approach
Every learner is unique, and so is our tutoring approach.
We take time to understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style before developing a tailored program that meets both educational and personal development goals.
Our NDIS tutoring focuses on:

-
Building literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
-
Enhancing concentration, memory, and task completion
-
Supporting emotional regulation and confidence in learning
-
Strengthening social and communication skills
-
Promoting independence and lifelong learning habits
How We Support NDIS Participants
Our Academic Trainers are patient, compassionate, and trained to work with students who experience:

-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
ADHD or Attention-Related Difficulties
-
Learning Disabilities (e.g., Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia)
-
Intellectual or Developmental Delays
-
Anxiety or Emotional Regulation Challenges
-
Physical or Sensory Disabilities
Each tutor adapts their sessions with the right pace, materials, and strategies to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Working With Families and Support Coordinators
We understand that collaboration is key to meaningful progress.
Our team communicates regularly with parents, support coordinators, and allied health professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists) to align tutoring goals with the broader NDIS plan.
You’ll receive ongoing progress reports, so you can clearly track improvements and milestones in learning and confidence.
